Paella is ALWAYS on the Menu!

I absolutely LOVE paella, as it is full of rich flavors, it is communal, and it is FESTIVE!

I offer a few versions of paella:

  • Traditional Mixed Paella: Sofrito base of tomatoes, green bell peppers, onion and garlic, with paprika and rosemary marinated chicken, spanish chorizo, clams, mussels, and shrimp, all nestled in the bomba rice with seasonal vegetables, simmered in a saffron chicken stock until perfection!
  • Seafood Paella: Sofrito base of squid ink, tomatoes, green bell peppers, onion and garlic, simmered in a seafood broth with scallops, mussels, clams, shrimp, white fish all nestled in the bomba rise with seasonal vegetables.
  • Vegetarian Mushrooms: Sofrito base of tomatoes, green bell peppers, onion and garlic, simmered in a roasted vegetable broth, with a variety of mushrooms, fiddle heads (when available), green olives, artichoke hearts, and seasonal vegetables.
  • Carne de Paella: Sofrito base of mushrooms, tomatoes, green bell peppers, onion, and garlic, simmered in a rich beef stock, with Spanish Chorizo, paprika and rosemary marinated chicken and bone-in short ribs that have been slow braised and all nestled in the bomba rice with seasonal vegetables.

Pricing:

  • Pans for 2 people: $55 per pan.
  • Pans for 6 people: $200
  • Pans for 10: $300
