Menus will resume on Thursday, July 25th. There will be a slight change in my service schedule, in that I will have food pick-up on Tuesdays and Thursdays, to allow for some other culinary opportunities.

Tuesday July 30 Menu

  • Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp and Quinoa Bowls: These incredible flavorful and juicy shrimp have a little spice, a little sweet, and a little crisp. I am serving over quinoa with fresh veggies!
  • Sticky Glazed Pork Rice Bowl: Flavorful and lean braised pork in ginger, garlic sauce with fresh veggies and rice. 
  • Thai Noodle Salad with Peanut Sauce: Loads of veggies, cabbage, bell peppers, scallions, fresh herbs mixed into rice noodles and dressed with a yummy peanut dressing for extra protein!
  • Creamy Corn Chowder: This comforting and filling corn chowder has it all. There’s bright sweetness from the corn, savory goodness from the bacon, melt-in-your-mouth potatoes, and of course a flavorful and thick, robust broth you’d expect in any good chowder to make it totally irresistible.

Thursday August 1 Menu

  • Moqueca: Moqueca is a wonderful stew with pacific cod simmered in coconut milk, onion, tomatoes, chilies, and lime. Served with rice.
  • Steak Kebab Bowls: Grilled Sirloin, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, seasoned to perfection, served with an orzo pilaf and a smashed cucumber salad!
  • Mango Cucumber Chopped Salad: This salad is loaded with spinach, cabbage, mango, cucumbers, bell peppers and fresh herbs in a thai peanut dressing!
  • Peach Bundt Cake: This is an extra moist cake with cinnamon-spiced peaches and topped with a brown butter icing! This is perfect with morning coffee or a late night sweet!

Tuesday August 6 Menu

  • Chicken Pot Pie in Puff Pastry: This all-time comforting pot pie is loaded with chicken, carrots, pearl onions, mushrooms, peas, seasoned with thyme and much love in a crispy, pillowy puff pastry!
  • Zucchini Casserole: This flavorful dish is bursting with summer herbs of oregano, thyme, basil, garlic, and has an amazing texture with the breadcrumbs and feta! A light and delicious dinner!
  • Tomato & Farro Salad with Arugula: This summery salad is a perfect balance between the peppery arugula, the citrusy tomatoes, and the nutty farro! A wonderful salad to enjoy with this week's pot pie!
  • Savory Stone Fruit Soup (Chilled): A blend of fresh peaches, nectarines, tomatoes and garlic - with a titch of sherry, olive oil and black pepper to bring this summer bounty together!

Thursday August 8 Menu

  • Cacio e Pepe: This is my favorite pasta dish... so simple, yet the balance of pepper to pecorino is delicate... I'm celebrating my birthday this week, so I am sharing this with you, as I really love it!
  • Chicken Piccata with Butter Bean Puree & Roasted Broccoli: Tender chicken breasts in a buttery, lemon caper sauce, served with a Butter Bean Puree with fresh rosemary and lemon zest, and roasted broccoli!
  • Sesame Ginger Salmon Salad: This heaven on earth salad is bursting with watercress, scallions, cilantro, edamame, mango, cucumber, avocado, and of course grilled salmon in a ginger vinaigrette!
  • Crumb-Topped Cherry Pie Bars: A sweet-tart cherry filling with a butter, crumbly brown sugar streusel!

Thursday August 15

  • Tomato Basil Pasta with Fresh Burrata: It's basically a combination of all my favorite things. Pasta - duh. My homemade Basil Vinaigrette, Burrata, Toasted Breadcrumbs and the most perfect summer tomatoes to bring this summer dish together!
  • Chuck Roast Taco Night: These chuck roast tacos are fall apart in your mouth perfection. This recipe has some serious barbacoa vibes, I'm serving up with guacomole, housemade beans, and fresh tortillas and salsa!
  • Peach Tomato Caprese Salad: I think we've all probably had a caprese by now right? It's the most epic combo of juicy ripe tomatoes and soft fresh mozzarella. Match made in heaven. But add some perfectly ripe summer peaches to the mix and it takes things up a notch!! Hello Peach Tomato Caprese!
  • Butterscotch Brownies: Delicious cookie bars filled with butterscotch chips and chopped pecans!

Tuesday, August 20

  • Black Bean Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries: Nothing says summer more than the laid back dinner of a burger and fries - these black bean burgers are crispy on the edges and yummy in the middle, served with crispy baked sweet potato fries and all the fixings!
  • Basil Chicken & Vegetables in Coconut Curry: Chicken thighs and vegetables braised in basil forward coconut curry sauce, served with rice.
  • Potsticker Soup: Vegetable dumplings with bok choy and shiitake mushrooms, green onions, simmered together in a garlic, ginger, soy vegetable stock. Packed with flavor and loads of comfort!
  • Sweet Corn Salad: July means CORN! This is a flavor-filled salad that is full of crunch and goodness!
