- Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp and Quinoa Bowls: These incredible flavorful and juicy shrimp have a little spice, a little sweet, and a little crisp. I am serving over quinoa with fresh veggies!
- Sticky Glazed Pork Rice Bowl: Flavorful and lean braised pork in ginger, garlic sauce with fresh veggies and rice.
- Thai Noodle Salad with Peanut Sauce: Loads of veggies, cabbage, bell peppers, scallions, fresh herbs mixed into rice noodles and dressed with a yummy peanut dressing for extra protein!
- Creamy Corn Chowder: This comforting and filling corn chowder has it all. There’s bright sweetness from the corn, savory goodness from the bacon, melt-in-your-mouth potatoes, and of course a flavorful and thick, robust broth you’d expect in any good chowder to make it totally irresistible.

- Moqueca: Moqueca is a wonderful stew with pacific cod simmered in coconut milk, onion, tomatoes, chilies, and lime. Served with rice.
- Steak Kebab Bowls: Grilled Sirloin, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, seasoned to perfection, served with an orzo pilaf and a smashed cucumber salad!
- Mango Cucumber Chopped Salad: This salad is loaded with spinach, cabbage, mango, cucumbers, bell peppers and fresh herbs in a thai peanut dressing!
- Peach Bundt Cake: This is an extra moist cake with cinnamon-spiced peaches and topped with a brown butter icing! This is perfect with morning coffee or a late night sweet!

- Cacio e Pepe: This is my favorite pasta dish... so simple, yet the balance of pepper to pecorino is delicate... I'm celebrating my birthday this week, so I am sharing this with you, as I really love it!
- Chicken Piccata with Butter Bean Puree & Roasted Broccoli: Tender chicken breasts in a buttery, lemon caper sauce, served with a Butter Bean Puree with fresh rosemary and lemon zest, and roasted broccoli!
- Sesame Ginger Salmon Salad: This heaven on earth salad is bursting with watercress, scallions, cilantro, edamame, mango, cucumber, avocado, and of course grilled salmon in a ginger vinaigrette!

- Chuck Roast Taco Night: These chuck roast tacos are fall apart in your mouth perfection. This recipe has some serious barbacoa vibes, I'm serving up with guacomole, housemade beans, and fresh tortillas and salsa!
- Peach Tomato Caprese Salad: I think we've all probably had a caprese by now right? It's the most epic combo of juicy ripe tomatoes and soft fresh mozzarella. Match made in heaven. But add some perfectly ripe summer peaches to the mix and it takes things up a notch!! Hello Peach Tomato Caprese!
