Paella: So happy to be bringing paella back! A base of sofrito of bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, floral saffron, and smokey paprika to caramelize and toast the bomba rice in, and nestled chicken, Spanish chorizo, clams, mussels, and prawns... all simmered together in these gorgeous flavors!
