Monday, June 6 Menu:

·       Eggplant Parmesan: Crispy eggplant is layered with herbs, tomato sauce, and cheese.

·       Shrimp Etouffee: Straight out of New Orleans, this dish packs Creole merged Cajun flavors into one simmering pot, filled with shrimp, a flavorful and hearty sauce, and the holy trinity of veggies. 

·       Potato Leek Soup: I'm obsessed with this soup. Fresh herbs and the right amount of cream compliment this match made in heaven!

·       Spring Salad: Filled with fresh veggies, herbs, and a zippy vinaigrette, it's simple, bright, and delicious.
